Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every single order, with no minimum spend. We believe the price you see should be the price you pay, so we never add shipping costs at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders within Europe are delivered within 3–6 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to countries across Europe and beyond. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply in some countries — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in original condition, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your account.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, you'll need to use our returns process instead.

How do I care for my gold jewelry?

Gold jewelry (including gold vermeil) should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Remove your gold pieces before swimming, showering, or applying perfume and lotions. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or ultrasonic cleaners. With proper care, quality gold jewelry can last a lifetime.

How do I care for my silver jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time, which can cause slight darkening. To restore shine, use a soft silver polishing cloth. Store silver in an airtight bag or box when not in use to slow tarnishing. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach, and harsh cleaning agents. Regular wearing actually helps keep silver bright — the natural oils in your skin act as a gentle polish.

Are your pieces made from real gold and silver?

Yes. We only carry jewelry made from genuine materials — sterling silver (925), gold vermeil, and solid gold. We don't sell costume jewelry or low-quality plated pieces. Every brand we stock has been chosen for the quality and integrity of their materials and craftsmanship.
